This Privacy Policy describes how the Reprise mobile application ("Reprise", the "App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App. By using Reprise, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

• Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you sign in with a third-party provider such as Google, we receive basic profile information (such as your name and email) from that provider.
• Profile information. Information you add to your profile, such as a display name and a profile picture you choose to upload.
• Fitness data. Workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, routines, progression data, and other training information you log in the App.

b. Information collected automatically

• Usage and analytics data. Information about how you interact with the App, such as features used, session activity, and crash or performance diagnostics.
• Device information. Device identifiers, device model, operating system version, and similar technical information used to operate the App and improve user experience.

c. Subscription information

When you purchase a Reprise Pro subscription, payment is processed by your app store (e.g., Google Play). We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We receive subscription status and related identifiers through our subscription provider (RevenueCat) to manage your entitlements.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features;
• Create and manage your account and authenticate you;
• Store and sync your fitness data across sessions and devices;
• Provide progression recommendations, charts, and other personalized features;
• Manage subscriptions and unlock paid features;
• Analyze usage to improve performance, fix bugs, and develop new features;
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests; and
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

3. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the App), your consent (where required, e.g., certain analytics), our legitimate interests (to improve and secure the App), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

• Service providers. We use trusted third parties to operate the App, including:
  • Supabase — authentication, database, and storage hosting;
  • RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management;
  • Google — sign-in services.
  These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
• App stores. Payment and subscription transactions are processed by the app store you purchased through.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
